Today we had another fantastic Ladies Networking event in Bridport. There was a great turn out and we met yet more amazing business women who had not attended before. It was great to see everyone and I hope to you enjoyed it. Special thanks to the amazing Dawn Crossingham from the Dorset Growth Hub who did a wonderful presentation about collaboration and making the most of networking. There was plenty of group interaction and I know that many of you that attended found it invaluable. There was time to think about who your perfect client was and where they...Read More
Huge thank you to Amanda at Cellar 59 for hosting our networking evening last night. If you haven’t been to Cellar 59 in Lyme Regis you must! It was an informal gathering of ladies from the area that run their own businesses. As it was a small group we decided to introduce ourselves then 2 hours later we were still talking! Lots of connections made, ideas put forward and, as always with LBL, the offer of support and encouragement. It was a thoroughly interesting evening with discussions from local council policy, online accommodation booking systems, health & wellbeing, mindfulness...Read More
Thank you to Clare Mackenney for hosting at Andrewshayes Holiday Park in Dalwood. The park has been developed over the past 50 years and is a family business. With its well developed trees and landscaping, they are proud to be graded a four pennant park by the AA and have held a Gold David Bellamy Award for the past 5 years. We were treated to tea, coffee and a delicious selection of homemade cakes. We were also given a guided tour around the site taking in the indoor pool, recreation areas, accommodation and the new Pods with great views over the hills....Read More

We were delighted to introduce Premium Member, Nayna Kumari from NK Body Psychotherapy, who talked to us about the cycle of stress and ways to minimise the negative symptoms that we sometimes suffer due to stress. It was a really interesting talk on a topic that effects many of us. Emma Conway-Hyde from The Umbrella Tree and Lisa Eastwood from Lyme Bay Ladies & Utility Warehouse were brought together by the wonderful Dawn Crossingham from Dorset...Read More

We are all so lucky, having a network of like minded people who are there to support each other. It's great to help raise money for charity as well. Long may it continue!
