DESCRIPTION:To celebrate International Women’s Day we are planning to meet on the beach to watch the sunrise.\nThis is about bringing women together to connect in a magical place on a special day.\n\nPlans are not fixed but the idea is:\n\n6:30am Gather to watch the sunrise7am Optional Swim7:30 Women’s circle / meditation / movement / journalling8:30 Coffee and breakfast at The Kiosk\n\nWhat we do will depend on the weather\, how we feel and which wonderful LBL’s join us and if they wish to lead a discussion/activity……..let’s go with the flow!\n\nMeet at The Groyne which is the wall that separates sandy beach from pebble beach (it’s where the beach huts end) and bring warm clothing/layers/waterproof and maybe a flask of something hot to drink to keep you going until The Kiosk opens.\n\nThe Kiosk have offered us some specials deals that I will share with you later.\n\nFind out more and be part of the discussion at: https://www.facebook.com/events/897184026437499
