We were delighted to relaunch the Lyme Bay Ladies Exeter Networking events in Bridport. Co-hosted by our new Bridport Ambassador, Jess Brooks from Bowes Brooks Accountants and her team.
It was a relaxed and social networking session full of positivity and inspiration and a fabulous guest speaker, Clare Love – The Natural Menopause Coach. Clare talked to us about her own personal journey into the menopause and how it can be used as a call to action with lifechanging outcomes! A positive and inspiring view of the menopause in celebration of National Menopause Month.
