We were delighted to relaunch the Lyme Bay Ladies Networking events in Bridport. Co-hosted by our new Bridport Ambassador, Jess Brooks from Bowes Brooks Accountants and her team. It was a relaxed and social networking session full of positivity and inspiration.
Dani talked to us about Why Sleep Matters. How a good sleep practice can help us to look younger, stay slimmer, be more motivated, boost immunity, live longer and reduce stress. It was a very interesting talk leading to many questions and sparked a great discussion.
Thanks to LBL Karen Hussey from A G Down & WG Potter for providing the great space for us to meet.
As it was such a success and the feedback from you all we will be making this a regular event on the last Friday of the month.
