What if stress didn’t have the final say?
How would life feel with more space and calm?
Modern life can feel like a never-ending list of things to juggle. Work, family, messages, notifications, sleep (or lack of it) so no wonder many of us feel wired and worn out.
That is why I was delighted to work with the wonderful Jules Adair in June & July on her new course – Holistic Stress Management. We filled it immediately with LBL’s (I was a lucky participant too!) and the feedback during and at the end of the 6 weeks has been amazing (see testimonials below).
Many have asked if we will be running it again and the answer is yes!
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions: 5 x 2-hour meet-ups on Tuesday mornings starting on 7th Oct at 10am
Course will be in Lyme Regis in a venue with an incredible view of the sea.
You’ll learn simple ways to interrupt the stress response using tools from NLP, breathwork, and other mind-body practices and swap it out for a sense of calm. We will also be learning some Qi-Gong inspired movement exercises.
You have more control than you think, and these courses are all about giving you a practical toolkit to help you get your peace of mind back.
Only £75 for all 5 sessions if you have an LBL Membership Card and £100 for non-members.

I’m not usually someone who enjoys group settings, so booking this course was a big step outside my comfort zone. In fact, before attending the initial session, I felt quite daunted and unsure of what to expect. However, all of that changed the moment I walked out of the first session. I had a genuine smile on my face and was already looking forward to the following week. Regardless of the root causes of your stress, this course offers something incredibly valuable. I learned a variety of simple yet powerful techniques to manage stress in the moment, many of which were completely new to me, including grounding practices that I now use regularly when life feels overwhelming. By the time week 6 arrived, I found myself feeling genuinely sad that it was coming to an end. Thankfully, Juliette and Lisa let us know that a follow-up course would be starting in September, and I was thrilled.
