On a cold, windy morning it was lovely to be be in the company of a group of likeminded, fun ladies.
We enjoyed coffee and a chance to mingle at The Black Dog Tearooms in Uplyme followed by an interesting talk from the inspiring Wendy Lowis Bates.
Wendy shared with us her thoughts on Goal & Dream setting and introduced us to her new workshops coming up over the next few weeks. Some of the ladies, including myself, were able to share our experience of working with Wendy last year. It was very moving to hear how Wendy had facilitated such positive change in their lives and how much the Lyme Bay Ladies community meant to them all.
