Sunrise Beach Event for Int’l Women’s Day – 8th Mar

To celebrate International Women’s Day we are planning to meet on the beach to watch the sunrise.
This is about bringing women together to connect in a magical place on a special day.
Plans are not fixed but the idea is:
6:30am Gather to watch the sunrise
7am Optional Swim
7:30 Women’s circle / meditation / movement / journalling
8:30 Coffee and breakfast at The Kiosk
7am Optional Swim
7:30 Women’s circle / meditation / movement / journalling
8:30 Coffee and breakfast at The Kiosk
What we do will depend on the weather, how we feel and which wonderful LBL’s join us and if they wish to lead a discussion/activity……..let’s go with the flow!
Meet at The Groyne which is the wall that separates sandy beach from pebble beach (it’s where the beach huts end) and bring warm clothing/layers/waterproof and maybe a flask of something hot to drink to keep you going until The Kiosk opens.
