Today was our first Networking Group for Lyme & Axminster and I am pleased to say that we will be meeting at Ria’s on the second Thursday of (most) months in 2023. It was a great success so thank you for everyone who attended (new and old!) and to our guest speakers Ria Casebourne from Love Ria and Lisa Monger –Rebel Health Ltd-Qualified nutritionist and PT, Cold water, mindset and breathwork facilitator.
 
We started with coffee and networking then gathered as a group to individually introduce ourselves and our businesses. Ria talked to us about this special space she has created and some of the events that are coming up soon and invited the group to share where they are and what they need to support both themselves and their business. A new business group at Ria’s is launching very soon!
 
Then we heard from the inspirational Lisa Monger:

‘All too often I see people who are incredibly strong, capable and intelligent running businesses that are doing really well or in careers that are highly successful, yet they get stuck in a cycle of frustration where they are not living the life that they truly want.

Fitness, health and strength are so important, not to look how we are told we should look, but to feel and experience life to it’s fullest, to be able to embrace challenges and look back saying “I can’t believe I did all that cool stuff” instead of “I wish I had done the things I wanted to do..” Having a body that can do cool things for as long as possible with the people we love, means looking after it in the way it deserves, nourishing it with foods that support it, looking after our mental health, developing resilience and managing our stress responses, and developing the training tools that impact on every area of your life.

More present with your family, more confident in day to day life, leaning in to life’s adventures with excitement, and challenging yourself’
