Wow what a fabulous morning in so many ways.
Ria’s Workshop & Space is magical. On the grounds of Millers Farm it has a shop with beautiful gifts including candles, books, crystals and jewellery along with essential oils that you can blend and mix into your own candle or products. The candle bar can be booked for a wonderful experience or organise a group to make hand poured candles. Then there is the lovely workshop space that will be hosting events and workshops in 2023. Contact us on space@love-ria.co.uk to find out about hiring the space or running a workshop.
We enjoyed Bucks Fizz, tea & coffee and mince pies & biscuits. A special thank you to Tesco Axminster for donating the mince pies and coffee. Then we gathered in the workshop and heard from Ria how she was inspired to start this venture and her vision for the space.
Then 3 local therapists and LBL’s kindly took the time to speak to the group and held 1-2-1 sessions with us:
Gemma Norris – Remedial Therapy Clinic-Remedial Bodywork Specialist
Nat Vallely – Souliberation2 – Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and Reiki master
Lisa Monger – Rebel Health Ltd -Qualified nutritionist and PT, Cold water, mindset and breathwork facilitator
Lastly, we raised £220 for our chosen charity Survivor to Thriver Contribution Club (STCC). Thank you to everyone that donated especially the anonymous donor that left £100 in an envelope. STCC was started by LBL Danielle Downey. It’s a wonderful concept where many contributors set up regular donations of as little at £1pm and the pot of money can be used to help local people in need. The more of us involved the bigger the pot so please consider joining us. As a contributor you can nominate people to benefit. You can email survivortothriverclub@gmail.com to find out more or the BACs details are included on the photo below.
