On a very wet and windy morning, the Lyme Bay ladies turned out in force to spread their festive cheer. Around 25 ladies braved the weather to meet at Dorset House in Lyme Regis for a festive coffee morning to raise money for the RNLI. As businesses operating on the Dorset Coast, we rely heavily on the RNLI to keep us and our visitors safe and to spread their educational message about water safety throughout the year.

The ladies were greeted with fresh coffee from Crankhouse Coffee in Exeter, refreshing tea from Comins in Sturminster Newton and Lyn’s home-made mince pies and flapjacks.

It was lovely to welcome several new members including very recent arrivals to Lyme Regis.

All funds raised for the RNLI at the coffee morning have been matched by Dorset House and Lyme Bay Ladies.

Thank you to Lyn for hosting in such a beautiful venue.

Merry Christmas to you all.
