Thank you Lisa Eastwood for asking me to host and thank you to Annie Murdock and your team for being fabulous hosts as always.

 

A group of wonderful, interesting and inspiring women, Becky Rui, Catarina Lau, Wendy Harrington, Mary Wall, Anna Pittard, Jenny Lidster, Yamini Baars, Tracey West and yours truly sat around the table and we discussed Sankalapa’s (intentions) and what they may be for the coming year.

 

We focused on JOY which is one of mine for this year, my others are connection community and nourishment.

 

We then talked about what JOY is for us, how we get it, how we can get more of it and then started planning some in!

 

The next LBL event is at Ria Imogen Casebourne wonderful space in Axminster on Thursday 9th November from 10am-12noon and the fabulous Catarina Lau shall be the guest speaker!

 

If you are free on Thursday 16th November from 6.30-9pm then please join for a Free Ladies Night Out @ Becketts Rooftop Bar in Hotel Indigo, Exeter for plenty of connection, joy, community and nourishment!
