This morning we were hosted by Premium Member Kate Bickerstaff from Thoughts & Soul (Equine Facilitated Therapy & Counselling) at the beautiful Blackbury Campsite in Devon.
We gathered in the sunshine on Spring Equinox at the farm for a cuppa before strolling through the beautiful lanes and fields and down to meet the horses. Kate shared her story, the ethos of her business and her love for her gorgeous horses – Topper, Batman, George, Remix, Seamus & Red. She led us though a meditation and then we were able to spend time with the horses but allowing them to lead the interaction.

Spring Equinox in a very special place
