In 2019 I attended a workshop run by Premium Member, Jane Hanford, on Insights into Buddhist Psychology. It really struck a cord with me and I have used some of the practices in everyday life. So now that we are in a time of high anxiety I thought others could also benefit so was delighted when Jane agreed to host an online session for us.
Jane took us through some anchoring and breathing exercises, discussed simple Buddhist practices and told us about the book she is currently writing.
Jane also recommended the following authors for those that want to delve a little deeper – Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield and Pema Chodron. They all have online teachings and meditations.
