“To be able to heal others is a great and wonderful gift; To be able to enlighten and empower others to heal themselves,
is even greater”
is even greater”
Gemma: ‘This talk was an introduction in to how to connect our physical and emotional self, our internal and external environment and our relationships within both, to listen and to observe our bodies in a loving, non-judgemental way.
My vision is to empower those who wish to improve their health and wellbeing mind and body. Through sharing knowledge of the intricate connection of our emotional and physical self and how our unresolved emotions overtime cause restrictions, dysfunction and later dis-ease, empowering oneself through practicing self-love, self-care, self-acceptance positively reinforced with visualisation and meditation.
…Our bodies are intricate layers of the physical and emotional…
… As we listen to our bodies and unpeel each layer of ourselves we find the cause…
…Through this ENLIGHTENMENT we have EMPOWERMENT…
