As part of the Hays Independant Operating Group; we have around 450 supplier contacts and up to 12 million holidays at any one time why would you want to go elsewhere? Lots of our suppliers are trade only and their prices can’t be found online by you the customer.
We have offers for package holidays, cruises and tours you can find in a brochure. We can even put holidays together that need to be specifically tailor made to suit your requirements that require specialists not accessible to the public. We can also help you with your Travel Insurance.
In addition to our amazing UK and overseas holiday products we also have fantastic deals for UK theatre, concert and sporting event trips and can add on the rail component for up to 50% less than if you purchased at the station. We also can help with Weddings, Honeymoons, Spa breaks, City breaks, Hen and Stag dos, Ski, Golf Groups and even specialised holidays for disabled customers.
Our personal service means that when you call us you always talk straight to us, never an automated system. We can take routine calls from 8am through until 10pm, and are available for emergencies out of these hours. When you leave us a message or send us an email we will always reply the same day. We are happy to arrange a home visit to discuss your holiday requirements. We always discuss your reservations with the hotels directly so that they know you are one of our valued clients. Once you have booked with us you have that same personal service throughout the process including check-in and printing boarding passes where possible.
