Come along and meet our three hypnotherapists, Jenny Lidster, Liz James and Laura Culley. They will be discussing what hypnotherapy is and what it definitely isn’t. They’ll also be telling you how the mind works on both a conscious and unconscious level and why hypnotherapy is so effective in tackling emotional issues. The session will end with a wonderfully relaxing guided visualisation and a Q&A session.
