Grab your headphones, lie down on your sofa or yoga mat and float into deep relaxation with a live Sound Bath delivered by Sound Therapist and Meditation Teacher Emily Wilkins
By concentrating on the unfolding of these beautiful sounds, the mind can let go of thinking and enter a state of calm.
Himalayan singing bowls, with their resonant overtones, have been used as aids to meditation for centuries. Emily couples her intuitive feel for sounds and tones with her skills as a composer to gently lead you out of the everyday world into a space contemplation and deep reflection.
A short guided meditation will lead us into the sound space and we will end with a period of silence to ground the session.
