A rare and special opportunity for those who have used Dr Joe’s meditations or attended a retreat and would like to have time to go a little deeper in a safe, shared space.
We will do two longer recorded meditations during this day together, allowing plenty of time for relaxation, discussion and sharing of our experiences.
