Helen Kyle, a LBL member and Financial Coach, will run this engaging and interactive session. She will explore:

✅ Your money beliefs – How your past experiences shape your financial habits and how to develop a healthier mindset around money.
✅ Financial coaching – What it is, how it differs from financial advice, and how it can help you take charge of your financial future.
✅ Practical financial tips – Simple, actionable steps to start making smarter financial decisions right away.
There will also be time for questions and discussion at the end

Refreshments will be provided – unlimited organic filter coffee and a selection of teas.
