Why is Self-Care Self-Love so important?
First it needs to be said, that Self-Care is not selfish. It is an act of Selfless Love. It is the foundation of your Wellbeing. A priority.
We are all unique individuals. So, Self-Care can take form in many ways for each one of us. However, what Self-Care is to all of us is Selfless-Love. We create Self-Care for ourselves through Selfless-Love.
How does this relate to your work, your business?
When you know how to be selflessly loving to yourself, you become grounded in your own wisdom, present from the heart and aware of what self-care is for you. From this place you give true service to your clients, your customers, your business. You create a business that gives true service and nourishes you. Your cup is full to overflowing. You are better prepared to face and respond to life’s challenges.
