ADHD Workshop: Understanding, Coaching, and Support

1-Hour Workshop Overview

By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clearer picture of how ADHD can present in real life, understand why it sometimes gets mixed up with things like anxiety or depression, and leave with some really useful ways to support the ADHD people in your world – whether that’s yourself, a family member, friend, or colleague.

This is a session that’s both educational and interactive – you’ll learn the important elements when it comes to ADHD experiences. This is a welcoming space where we can learn together and share what can work!

● Introduction to ADHD

● ADHD Coaching vs. Life Coaching

● Supporting ADHDers in our lives

●Interactive for those comfortable

● Space for questions

Testimonial

In addition to being one of the friendliest welcoming and supportive groups you can join, being a business member gives you so many benefits including at the moment access to great business presentations/talks that would cost a fair bit in the business world.
