Emma & I were delighted by the support and encouragement we have received on the launch of our Bridport Networking Event.
Emma Conway-Hyde from The Umbrella Tree and Lyme Bay Ladies were brought together by the wonderful Dawn Crossingham from Dorset Growth Hub to start a ladies networking group in Bridport. We had over 30 ladies join us at A G Down Funeral Directors in South Street for our launch event. Thank you to Premium Member Karen Hussey for hosting us.
Today was about sharing who we are and asking the group what they want out of networking. LBL is a very inclusive and informal group which makes ladies comfortable discussing their business (and personal) needs while supporting others and making friends along the way. Although this group is for ladies in business we do want to keep that ‘LBL vibe’ and make it a place that ladies feel comfortable sharing.
We plan to meet on the 3rd Friday of every month and our next event is on the 20th of October. Tickets can be purchased HERE All profits to go to our chosen charity The Project.
We will introduce different topics, guest speakers and some months we will have optional workshops for you to join.
