Whether its a Pilates group or 1-2-1 exercise session. I love to share my passion for exercise with women. I want to keep them motivated, to achieve their fitness goals. Classes are Pilates inspired, low impact. I will take you through a balanced blend of exercise techniques, focusing on the full body. Targeting Strength, Flexibility, Balance, endurance & mobility, using the principles of Pilates.
