I am a Medical Herbalist practicing since 2021 and specialising in bespoke health solutions. I have a particular interest in working with people suffering from hormonal, digestive and immune conditions. Herbal medicine works with the body’s natural intelligence to restore harmony and balance, and is uniquely able to do this because plants and people have evolved together over thousands of years. During a consultation we spend time exploring in depth the root causes of your health issue, so that I'm able to tailor herbal medicines especially to you. Individualised nutritional and lifestyle suggestions are also given. Herbal medicine can help with most of the conditions you might take to a GP and runs well alongside pharmaceutical medication.
