Reflexology & Qigong

I have been working as a holistic therapist since 2015, initially in Berkshire & Buckinghamshire and from 2026 in Devon after relocating back to the West Country to live near the sea. I provide reflexology treatments at the Essential Therapies Natural Health & Wellbeing Studio in Sidmouth. The reflexology treatments and qigong are holistic therapies, which means that they entail working on the whole person, body and mind, to promote health and wellbeing. They are complementary, so you can mix and match them to suit your particular needs. My aim is to support you in feeling good!
