Menopause Coach

Hello, I'm Karen, and I'm delighted to introduce myself as a menopause coach to the Lyme Bay Ladies community. My passion for menopause coaching comes from both personal and professional experience. Having navigated my own menopause journey and the challenges of finding the right support, including HRT, I understand how overwhelming this stage of life can feel for many women. With over 30 years of experience as a senior nursing leader in primary care, alongside my qualifications as an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor, I combine clinical insight with coaching expertise to help women navigate menopause with greater confidence and clarity. I offer one-to-one coaching, group clinics and educational sessions, creating a supportive space for women to better understand menopause, explore options and prioritise their wellbeing. I'm also keen to collaborate with local wellbeing practitioners and organisations on retreats, workshops and events that support women through midlife and beyond.
