This was our first ‘coffee talk’ and we packed out the back room of The Pilot Boat in Lyme with ladies keen to hear our inspirational guest speaker, Mary Kahn.
The subject was business planning and how whatever type of business we run, or even the running of a household, planning is key. Mary shared with us her experience and insights and invoked a long discussion and lots of questions.
Many of us run small businesses, often on our own, and the thought of doing a business plan can seem scary. Mary was able to show the importance of having a plan and how it can be easily achieved with some guidance.
The ladies were very inspired and many signed up to Mary’s future business planning workshops or arranged to see her 1-2-1. The feedback from those has been amazing so thank you Mary from all who you helped.
We will be running some more workshops on business planning in 2017.
